Prisca Spitz
Mrs. Prisca Spitz has been an educator in Connecticut for over thirty years. She has extensive personal and professional experience helping families navigate the challenges of parenting in an ever changing, complex world. Mrs. Spitz has worked to foster children's innate sense of kindness through volunteering efforts. Her interest in this area led her to complete a Master's degree in Business Leadership with a focus specifically on Non-Profit Leadership.
Head Teachers
Mrs. Dynan Mrs. Dynan received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University. She has worked in education since 2010 in a wide range of roles, from kindergarten teacher to Upper School Dean of Students. Mrs. Dynan heads our Twos team where she bring her natural gift of working with children with warmth and patience.
Ms. Lauten Ms. Lauten graduated from Manhattanville College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development. Further, she received her Master of Arts degree in Education, Pre-K through 6th grade. She has worked at St. Mark’s in many roles: Assistant Director, PHYS Kids teacher, Librarian. Every day she brings her creative, warm care to her Rising Fours class.
Mrs. Milligan Mrs. Milligan was educated in Sweden before coming to the United Staes to complete her education at the University of Connecticut. She has been a head teacher at the Swedish School of Connecticut since 2010. She also coaches soccer for children. Mrs. Milligan is excited to continue teaching the Fours at St. Mark’s Preschool.
Mrs. Moore Mrs. Moore received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rowan University and then continued her education at with a Master’s in Business Administration at Sacred Heart University. and worked in the business world for many years. Supporting her children’s schools by volunteering, Mrs. Moore became actively involved in creating enrichment programs, working on the class yearbook and organizing events as Class Parent. Mrs. Moore is excited to be working with the Threes.
Mrs. Walker received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education at the College of New Rochelle. She has been teaching young children for 35 year. We welcome her to the Fours where her joyful creativity will be enjoyed by all of her students.
Mrs. Wilderman Mrs. Wilderman attended the University of Colorado where she received a Bachelor’s of Art in Education and Religious Studies. She continued her education at Lesley University earning a Master’s degree in Reading. Mrs. Wilderman taught grade school before staying at home to raise her children. She enjoys using her Reading degree to work with the Fives class as she helps them develop their skills.
Assistant Teachers
Mrs. de la Rivera Mrs. de la Rivera received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Berry College. She has been an Assistant Teacher at St. Mark’s since 2014 although this is her third year teaching in the Fours classroom. She looks forward to working with children as they grow from preschoolers to rising kindergartens!
Mrs. DiMuzio Mrs. DiMuzio graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree before going on to earn her Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment at Walden University. She is a Connecticut Sate certified teacher and has taught elementary aged children for over 6 years. She is a wonderful addition to our Rising Fours teaching team!
Mrs. Frattaroli Mrs. Frattaroli holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford. Before joining the teaching staff at St. Mark’s, she worked in the corporate world. After her child graduated from the Fives program at SMP, she decided to return to the workforce as a teacher. Her fun energy is infectious in the Threes class!
Mrs. Kister Mrs. Kister has the Floater position where she brings a love of young children and a calm presence to the classrooms as needed. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College. She worked as a design consultant and then ran her own business in interior design before deciding to join the team at St. Mark’s Preschool.
Mrs. Raymond Mrs. Raymond has a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Sociology and a minor in Education. She worked at South School for 8 years before leaving to raise her three daughters. Mrs. Raymond is the Assistant Teacher for both Twos classes.
Mrs. Strazsky Mrs. Strazsky holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Presov, Slovakia. In addition to speaking several languages, Mrs. Strazsky plays piano and has taught music lessons. She brings her love of teaching and music to the classroom every day!
Mrs. Manegio Mrs. Manegio is excited to work with four year olds. She graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor’s degree before taking classes towards her Master’s degree in Education. She worked in various schools before raising her three children.
